Manila! And for our first ever crack at making a track and proving that we're better than Hermann Tilke, I'll go to the capital's capital.
Now, the game is simple: I will give you just one piece of street and the link to the Map where that piece of street is. All you have to do is to draw on the Map link including the section I showed you. You also have to consider two more things:
Where you'd put the bleachers,
and where you'd put the paddock.
Sounds simple, right? Well, here we go.
Above is the Lagusnilad southbound underpass ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) just below the Manila City Hall (right). It's got a sudden downhill left-kink entry past the pin. If you start from the pin up north, then you'll be going sharply downhill and rise up and out of the underpass just as quickly. The upper road (Padre Burgos Avenue) is northbound from the south-southwest. Naturally both parts have to show up, so that means you'll be making a figure-8 circuit.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
There's no right or wrong way, but take note: The circuit could not go over 7.5 km.

428 700 meter laps.
The "Vanilla Manila"
The pit lane cuts right through the circuit, and is the only DRS zone

That's all I got. Big circuit joke and small circuit joke..
I tried to map out something interesting, really I did. Each time I tried, all the one way streets kept screwing it up. I tried to use the marina, some of the old historic older parts of town near the water, and looked for a place to put the paddock.
I also gave up sooner than later because, since most street circuits bore me. :(
Sorry.

My brother and i have a course lay out. 2.3 miles long.. using some of Chi-towns icon roads.( lower wacker, lake shore drive past navy pier, ect..) there is also a bit of elevation change, and all the roads are large enought to have some proper runoff/ chicanes thrown in. you can barge in most of the seating since the course is along the water for the most part, and downtown is empty on the weekends. I think this would also show that Chicago can handle an international stage, they really have their hearts set on hosting the Olympics soon. I will try and find some time to do a google maps/ gopro when it gets warmer. ;)
